About the Role
Academic background in arts, design or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine, and experience creating and optimizing VFX pipelines
Great understanding of different artistic styles and cultures.
Great knowledge in game development processes and pipelines.
5+ years of game industry experience and working on published games is a strong advantage.
Excellent skills in Maya, Houdini, Photoshop, Substance Designer and Unreal Engine or Unity
Ensure our team is up to the task of creating high end VFX for games and cinematic.
Work with our team leaders and supervisors as they manage junior and senior 3D / 2D VFX artists.
Adapt to Real-Time VFX production pipeline in coordination with clients requirements
Provide the ability to articulate an effect’s artistic and technical needs, and help lead the team to meet our objectives
Participate in training programs for new talent
